At hop! crêpes, everything is homemade. We mostly work with ingredients imported from Europe, to provide a taste as authentic as possible.

We are a team of 3 Swiss-Vietnamese-French, living between Geneva, Hanoi and Danang. Having a true passion for gastronomy and Vietnam.

In mid-2022, we all decided to create a fresh and super qualitative food concept to serve Vietnamese customers. In a few months, hop! crêpes was born !
